Ingredients of Indian Naan Sandwich

  • 2 Left over naan
  • Mint chutney
  • 1/2 cup Sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup Boiled aloo
  • 1 cup Soaked soya
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2-4 Chopped chillies
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 2-4 tbsp Butter
  • Cheese to grate
  • Salt according to taste.

How to Make Indian Naan Sandwich

In a pan add some butter, chopped onions, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chopped chillies and let it mix.

Once mixed well, add boiled potatoes, soaked soya and mash them too.

You may use some soy sauce and chilli sauce at this point but its optional.

Once the mixture is properly combine together, add chaat masala and chopped coriander and take it off the heat.

In a pan add some butter and reheat the naan until crisp and hard.

Spread on a plate and assemble, spread the mint chutney, then add sliced of tomatoes, cucumber, onions. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, chaat masala and grate cheese on top. Fold and enjoy.
7.
For the next sandwich, take the crisp naan and spread some mint chutney, some of the aloo filling and grate some cheese on top, fold and enjoy.
