Ingredients of Jam Heart Cookies
- 250 gms Butter
- 250 gram Sugar breakfast
- 320 gram Flour
- 280 gram Almond powder
- 50 gram Egg white
- 500 Gram Strawberry Jam
How to Make Jam Heart Cookies

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.

Add egg white gradually and mix well.

Lastly add flour and almond powder and mix smooth dough.

Keep in the freezer for two hours

Take out the dough from freezer and roll 4 mm thick sheet. Cut into heart shape with cookies cutters.

Cut out center with the smaller cookies from half of them.
7.
Bake at 175 degree celsius for 14 minutes till golden color.
8.
Arrange the cookies with center hollow on top.
9.
Boil the jam till it thick to soft balls. Fill cookies with jam and leave till the jam set.
