Ingredients of Karupatti Paal

  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp jaggery powder
  • A pinch of dry ginger powder
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg powder

How to Make Karupatti Paal

  • 1.Boil milk in a saucepan.
  • 2.On low flame, add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix everything well.
  • 3.Switch off the flame and add jaggery powder as per taste and mix. You may also add solid jaggery pieces. In that case, crush the jaggery and add. Serve hot.
