  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp jaggery powder
  • A pinch of dry ginger powder
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg powder

How to Make Karupatti Paal

Boil milk in a saucepan.

On low flame, add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix everything well.

Switch off the flame and add jaggery powder as per taste and mix. You may also add solid jaggery pieces. In that case, crush the jaggery and add. Serve hot.
