Take Kappa or sabudana and wash it with water. Place the washed kappa in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess water.
In a large bowl, add kappa, besan, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt, and mix well. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined. The mixture should be thick enough so that it can be rolled into shapes.
In a pan, take oil and heat it over medium heat. Now take a small portion of the kappa mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat the same with the leftover kappa mixture.
Once the oil is hot, gently put the bondas in it. Make sure not the overcrowd the pan. Fry the kappa bondas until crisp brown. Flip them occasionally for even cooking.
Once fried, place the Kappa Bondas on paper napkins to absorb excess oils from frying. And it’s done!
