Ingredients of Kesar Thandai

  • Kesar, badam, khus Essence, Saunf, Cardamom Powder and Almonds
  • 100 gram Thandai Powder
  • 1 litre Milk

How to Make Kesar Thandai

Lets start with the Thandai paste, for that grind together khus essence, saunf, cardamom powder and almonds.

In a pan, boil milk and add above prepared thandai paste. Pour this mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Garnish with nuts, kesar strands and serve.
