Ingredients of Khatti Meethi Angoor Ki Chutney

  • 4 grapes
  • 1 panchphoran masala (cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Fennel Seeds)
  • 2 Dry red chillies
  • 2 Green chillies
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • 1/2 jaggery (crushed)

How to Make Khatti Meethi Angoor Ki Chutney

Heat oil in a pan. Add whole red chillies and green chillies. Also add Panchphoron masala. Saute for a minute.

Add grapes, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Add jaggery, mix and cook again for about 10 minutes. Add water if required. You grapes chutney is ready!
