Ingredients of Khatti Meethi Angoor Ki Chutney
- 4 grapes
- 1 panchphoran masala (cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Fennel Seeds)
- 2 Dry red chillies
- 2 Green chillies
- red chilli powder
- 1/2 jaggery (crushed)
How to Make Khatti Meethi Angoor Ki Chutney
- 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add whole red chillies and green chillies. Also add Panchphoron masala. Saute for a minute.
- 2.Add grapes, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- 3.Add jaggery, mix and cook again for about 10 minutes. Add water if required. You grapes chutney is ready!
