Ingredients of Larb Gai (Thai Minced Chicken Salad)
- 250 grams minced chicken
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp ground red chilli
- 1/4 cup roasted rice
- 2 Tbsp green onion
- 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp white onion
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make Larb Gai (Thai Minced Chicken Salad)

Cook chicken with a little water. Stir till chicken is cooked.

In a bowl combine chicken, fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice, ground roasted rice, green onions, coriander leaves, shallots, ground dried chillies and mint leaves.

Mix well and serve with fresh veggies and sticky rice.
