A crunchy mixed chicken salad cooked with Thai herbs and served with a bowl of fresh vegetables and hot sticky rice.

Ingredients of Larb Gai (Thai Minced Chicken Salad)

  • 250 grams minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp palm sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp ground red chilli
  • 1/4 cup roasted rice
  • 2 Tbsp green onion
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 Tbsp white onion
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Larb Gai (Thai Minced Chicken Salad)

  • 1.Cook chicken with a little water. Stir till chicken is cooked.
  • 2.In a bowl combine chicken, fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice, ground roasted rice, green onions, coriander leaves, shallots, ground dried chillies and mint leaves.
  • 3.Mix well and serve with fresh veggies and sticky rice.
