Ingredients of Lemon Fish
- 4 fillets fish
- 30 gm butter
- Juice of 3-4 lemons
- 1 tsp sugar, or to taste
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
How to Make Lemon Fish

Rub the fish with lemon juice and season well with salt and pepper.

Keep aside. Make the sauce.

Heat the butter, when melted add the sugar, then add the lemon juice.

Taste and adjust the seasoning. Keep aside. Now take the fish.

Roll in a little seasoned flour and lightly saute in olive oil.
6.
When done, put on the serving plate and spoon the sauce over the fish and it is ready to serve!
