Ingredients of Low Fat Pepper Chicken Dry

  • 1 Kg Chicken, chopped
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp Pepper (crushed)
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 2 Onions
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves

How to Make Low Fat Pepper Chicken Dry

  • 1.Marinate chicken with crushed pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
  • 2.Keep aside for half an hour.
  • 3.In a wok, add 2 teaspoon cooking oil, chopped onion and fry for a while.
  • 4.Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste, Stir for about a minute.
  • 5.Add marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  • 6.Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
  • 7.Serve hot with bread or rice.
