How to Make Machcha Besarou
1.Clean the fish and marinate it in turmeric powder and salt.
2.In a pan, heat the oil, add the marinated fish and fry
3.Take the fish out and keep aside.
4.Heat the mustard oil in
another pan and to this add the rai, kalonji, methi, fennel
powder, cumin, red chillies, curry leaves, garlic and mustard paste. Saute well.
5.Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, water,
tomatoes and green chillies.
6.Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Now add
the fried fish and cook it for 10 minutes (covered).
