Ingredients of Mango Yoghurt

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups hung or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • A bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • Few drops of lemon juice.

How to Make Mango Yoghurt

Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango flesh into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.

Blend the mango pieces until you achieve a smooth puree. If desired, you can leave a few small mango chunks for added texture.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree with the yoghurt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth. You can add honey at this stage for extra sweetness and a squeeze of lime juice.
4.
Transfer the mango yoghurt to serving bowls or glasses. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours to chill.
5.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
