Ingredients of Kolhapuri Anda Khandoli

  • 1 egg
  • 1 bread slice
  • 2 tsp onion , chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • Half tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Oil

How to Make Kolhapuri Anda Khandoli

Break the egg in a bowl and add onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli powder to it.

Whisk the egg well and keep aside.

Spread butter on both sides of a bread.
4.
Heat oil in a pan and add the egg in it.
5.
Place the bread on the top and let the egg cook on one side.
6.
Flip it and cook the side with bread.
7.
Once toasted well, transfer the bread omelette in a plate and cut into bite size pieces.
8.
Sprinkle onion, chaat masala on the top and serve hot with ketchup on the sides.
