Green chillies crushed to get cooked with hot spices, milk and a little sugar. This traditional Rajasthani dish is dangerously fiery and certainly not for the faint hearted!
Ingredients of Mirchi ka Koota
250 gm whole green chillies
100 gm methi dana
Salt to taste
2 gm turmeric powder
20 gm amchoor powder
50 gm oil
Asafoetida
5 gm mustard seeds- crushed
20 ml milk
5 gm sugar
How to Make Mirchi ka Koota
1.Crush whole green chillies along with its seeds.
2.Boil methi dana and keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a kadahi and add asafoetida.
4.Then add green chillies along with rest of the masalas, milk and sugar.
