Ingredients of Multigrain Methi Thepla

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Sorghum flour
  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Fenugreek, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green paste
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • A pinch of Hing
  • 2 tbsp Oil

How to Make Multigrain Methi Thepla

Take all the flour in a big utensil, add curd, little oil and spices to it and mix.

Add water as needed and knead the dough. Grease it with oil and keep it aside for some time.

After some time, make a ball and roll it into a round shape. Apply oil on a hot griddle and cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides.
4.
Serve hot Multigrain Methi Thepla.
