Ingredients of Multigrain Sev Puri

  • 10 Pieces Papdis
  • 40 gram Agra sev
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 gram Beans sprout
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 10 gram Coriander
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Mint sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind sauce

How to Make Multigrain Sev Puri

  • 1.Arrange the papdi on a plate top it up with boiled potatoes.
  • 2.Add chopped onion tomatoes and coriander,green chilly with muddled avocado.
  • 3.Arrange the avocado mixture on top of potatoes.
  • 4.Place spiced beans sprout on avocado mixture.
  • 5.Drizzle mint and tamarind chutney on spiced beans sprout.
  • 6.Garnish with agra sev and dried cranberries.
