Ingredients of Murgir Jhol

  • 6-7 Chicken pieces
  • 2 Chopped potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 4 Soaked red chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Cloves
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Murgir Jhol

Take a kadai and add some mustard oil first. Ginger, garlic, and red chillies should be added next. Cook now till the odour disappears.

Cook for five minutes after adding the onions, bay leaves, and cloves. Next, add potatoes.

Then, take some yoghurt and combine it with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and red chilli powder.

Mix well after adding this to the kadai. Simmer the chicken pieces with a little water. Once finished, take it out and enjoy!
