  • 3400 gms lamb curry cut
  • 100 gms pepper powder
  • 200 ml refined oil
  • 25 gms fennel powder
  • 30 gms garam masala
  • 5 gms bay leaf
  • 40 gms curry leaf
  • 700 gms onion
  • 350 gms tomato
  • 120 gms ghee
  • 25 gms salt
  • 50 gms chilli powder
  • 30 gms turmeric powder
  • 60 gms coriander powder
  • 200 gms ginger-garlic paste
  • 100 gms coriander fresh

How to Make Mutton Pepper Fry

Heat oil and cook the onion till brown, add curry leaves and whole gram masala.

Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and powdered spices.

Cook until soft, tender and brown.

Garnish with red chilli and fried curry leaves.
