- 3400 gms lamb curry cut
- 100 gms pepper powder
- 200 ml refined oil
- 25 gms fennel powder
- 30 gms garam masala
- 5 gms bay leaf
- 40 gms curry leaf
- 700 gms onion
- 350 gms tomato
- 120 gms ghee
- 25 gms salt
- 50 gms chilli powder
- 30 gms turmeric powder
- 60 gms coriander powder
- 200 gms ginger-garlic paste
- 100 gms coriander fresh
How to Make Mutton Pepper Fry
- 1.Heat oil and cook the onion till brown, add curry leaves and whole gram masala.
- 2.Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and powdered spices.
- 3.Cook until soft, tender and brown.
- 4.Garnish with red chilli and fried curry leaves.
