Ingredients of Navrattan Khaas
- 50 gm carrot
- 50 gm French beans
- 50 gm broccoli
- 50 gm Spinach
- 50 gm Cauliflower
- 50 gm green peas
- 50 gm potato
- 5 gm green chilly
- 5 gm coriander green
- 5 gm ginger
- 5 gm kaju
- 5 gm raisins
- 5 gm salt
- 50 ml oil
- 5 gm jeera seeds
- 20 gm roasted chana
How to Make Navrattan Khaas

Coarsely chop all the vegetables and set aside.

Fry the potatoes until golden brown, remove from the fryer and allow it to cool.

Heat up oil in medium size pan, add cumin and ginger, saute for 2 minutes. Add fried potatoes and cook further for 5-8 minutes.

Remove from heat and mince together with vegetables.
5.
Add rest of the spices, dry nuts and check for binding.
6.
Roll the dough into a small galette and shallow fry until crisp and serve along with mint chutney.
