Ingredients of Palak ka Saag
- 500 Gram Spinach leaves
- 50 ml Ghee/Butter
- 5 gram Cumin seeds
- 10 gram Garlic, chopped
- 50 gram Onions, chopped
- 25 gram Ginger garlic paste
- 5 gram Turmeric
- 20 gram Tomatoes, chopped
- 5 gram Green chillies
- 5 gram Coriander powder
- 5 gram Garam masala
- 2 gram Chilli powder
- 20 ml Cream
- Salt
How to Make Palak ka Saag

Blanch the spinach leaves and puree them.

Heat the butter and add the cumin seeds, when they crackle add the chopped garlic, sauté until golden.

Add the rest of the ingredients in order, stirring regularly.
4.
Cook the spinach till the raw taste disappears.
5.
Add the cream, leaving a little for the garnish.
