
How to make Palak ka Saag
Pureed spinach leaves cooked tender with added zests and cream.
Ingredients of Palak ka Saag
- 500 Gram Spinach leaves
- 50 ml Ghee/Butter
- 5 gram Cumin seeds
- 10 gram Garlic, chopped
- 50 gram Onions, chopped
- 25 gram Ginger garlic paste
- 5 gram Turmeric
- 20 gram Tomatoes, chopped
- 5 gram Green chillies
- 5 gram Coriander powder
- 5 gram Garam masala
- 2 gram Chilli powder
- 20 ml Cream
- Salt
How to Make Palak ka Saag
- 1.Blanch the spinach leaves and puree them.
- 2.Heat the butter and add the cumin seeds, when they crackle add the chopped garlic, sauté until golden.
- 3.Add the rest of the ingredients in order, stirring regularly.
- 4.Cook the spinach till the raw taste disappears.
- 5.Add the cream, leaving a little for the garnish.
