Ingredients of Palak Paneer Uttapam

  • 1 Cup Palak Puree
  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 1/2 cup Dahi
  • 1 Pack Fruit Salt
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Paneer, grated
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander , finely chopped

How to Make Palak Paneer Uttapam

Take semolina in a bowl, add curd, salt and spinach puree to it.

Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water as required and keep it aside.

To make the topping, add onion, tomato, green chili, green coriander, paneer and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Now mix fruit salt and a little water in the batter, this will make the batter swell.

Heat some oil in a pan, now pour a ladleful of batter and spread it and put some topping on it and press it lightly.
6.
After roasting from one side, roast the uttapam from the other side as well. Pair the uttapam with chutney.
7.
Similarly, repeat the process to make rest of the uttapam.
