Spicy and lip smacking paneer 65 recipe. Paneer marinated in masalas, coated in an egg, maida and curd batter. Deep fried.

Ingredients of Paneer 65

  • 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp maida
  • 1/4 cup yogurt/curds
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for deep-frying

How to Make Paneer 65

  • 1.Mix the paneer, salt, black pepper and red chilli and keep aside for half an hour.
  • 2.Then mix in the cornflour, maida, egg white, ginger-garlic paste, curds and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 3.The paneer should be coated in a fairly thick batter, so add some water if necessary, if too thick after keeping it for 15 minutes.
  • 4.Heat the oil for deep-frying and fry paneer pieces over high heat, till brown.
