  • 1-2 pcs jaggery (gur)
  • to taste peanuts
  • 2 tsp ghee

How to Make Peanut Gajak

  • 1.Melt Gur with ghee over low heat.
  • 2.Add peanuts slowly.
  • 3.Stir for a few minutes.
  • 4.Pour this into greased pan and cool over night.
  • 5.Now, break into pieces and relish it with family members and dear ones.
