Pizza Panne Recipe

Ingredients of Pizza Panne
- 450 gm refined flour + for dusting
- 5 gm yeast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt + to taste
- 5 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 1 large pinch chopped garlic

Preheat oven at 180°C.
Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
Dissolve yeast and 1 1/2 tbsp sugar in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Combine 1/2 tsp salt and refined flour in a dough maker.
Add dissolved yeast mixture and knead into a soft dough using 3 1/2 tbsp olive oil and sufficient water.
Remove the dough from the maker and set aside for about 20 minutes.
Dust the worktop with little flour and spread the dough with your fingers.
Roll out into a large thin disc dusting with flour.
Spread the remaining olive oil on it.
Add torn fresh rosemary and chopped garlic on top and rub them well.
Cut the disc into long triangles and place them on the baking tray.
Put tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
