Rabodi Ki Sabzi is one of the oldest traditional dishes from Rajasthan; and is made from buttermilk and makai.

Ingredients of Rabodi Ki Sabzi

  • 1 Cup Rabodi
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red Chilli Powder

How to Make Rabodi Ki Sabzi

  • 1.Take the rabodi and soak it until they are soft.
  • 2.In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, coriander powder, onion, green chillies, and cook it until the onions turn soft.
  • 3.Next add curd and cook it until the oil starts floating on top.
  • 4.Then put in the rabodi and mix till ingredients combine.
  • 5.Cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
  • 6.Pour the sabzi in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
