Ingredients of Rabodi Ki Sabzi

  • 1 Cup Rabodi
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red Chilli Powder

How to Make Rabodi Ki Sabzi

Take the rabodi and soak it until they are soft.

In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, coriander powder, onion, green chillies, and cook it until the onions turn soft.

Next add curd and cook it until the oil starts floating on top.

Then put in the rabodi and mix till ingredients combine.

Cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
6.
Pour the sabzi in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
