Sabudana is widely enjoyed food item during Navratri. Even though most of us make sabudana Khichdi during fast, today we bring you a recipe of sabudana bonda which is a quick and easy snack to make and enjoy with chai.

Ingredients of Sabudana Bonda

  • 1 Cup Sabudana
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut powder
  • 3 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sabudana Bonda

To make this dish first, take sabudana and add buttermilk, salt, chilli and giner to it and let it rest overnight to soak in the flavour.

Drain the excess liquid and now add rice flour, coriander, coconut powder and form semi soft dough.
3.
Form small laddoos out of this dough and deep fry them. Fry till golden brown.
4.
Once done enjoy it with a cup of chai.
