A delectable kheer made with sabudana, raisins, almonds, pista and cardamom powder. It is rich, aromatic and can be served hot or cold as per your liking.

Ingredients of Sabudana Sultana Kheer
- 100 gm Sabudana
- 1000 gm Full fat milk
- 150 gm Sugar
- 20 gm Raisins
- 30 gm Almonds
- 30 gm Pista
- 15 gm Cardamom Powder
How to Make Sabudana Sultana Kheer

Soak sabudana in water for 12 hours.

Drain the water in a colander. Boil milk in a pot with cardamom.

Whilst the milk is boiling, put soaked sabudana in the milk.

Cook till sabudana becomes translucent and milk reduces to half of the initial quantity.
5.
Now, reduce the flame and add sugar, cardamom powder and all the dry nuts.
6.
Serve hot or cold as per your liking.
