These delicious Sabudana Vadas are crispy, soft, light and healthy. The perfect Maharashtrian snack, deep fried till crisp, make for a great morning or evening snack.
Ingredients of Sabudana Vada
1 Cup Sabudana (soaked)
1/2 Cup Peanuts (grounded)
1 tsp Green Chillies
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Cup Potatoes (boiled)
1 Tbsp Coriander leaves
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
To serve along Curd
How to Make Sabudana Vada
1.Take soaked sabudana in a bowl.
2.Add ground peanuts to it, along with green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
3.Mash and mix the ingredients thoroughly to make a thick mixture.
4.Make small, round, tikki like balls of the mixture.
5.Put these balls in hot oil for deep frying.
6.Fry them until golden brown.
7.Serve Sabudana Vada along with curd.

You can have this delicious recipe of Sabudana Vada while you are fasting on Navratri or such occasion as well by just using Sendha namak (rock salt) instead of normal salt.
