Sabudana, mashed potatoes, peanuts and flavourful herbs made into small vadas and deep-fried until golden brown. This crispy delight makes for a delicious snack for the fasting season and tastes best when served with green chutney.

Ingredients of Crispy Sabudana Vada
- 1/2 Cup Sabudana (sago)
- 1/2 cup Peanuts (roasted and crushed)
- 2 Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
- 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- to taste Salt
- Oil (for deep drying)

For the sago:
Soak the sago (sabudana) in just enough water for 4 hours or until it becomes soft and fluffy.

Once done, mix the sabudana with the rest of the ingredients. Form small vadas with the mixture.

Deep fry the vadas in hot oil. Serve hot.
