Ingredients of Singapore Fried Rice

  • 1 Cups Rice
  • 1 Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cups spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cups bell peppers
  • 1/4 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red chilli sauce or peri peri sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • Salt as required

How to Make Singapore Fried Rice

Cook the rice al dente and cool it completely.

Heat oil in a wok, saute the garlic to get an aroma. Now add the spring onions, green chillies and carrots and toss for few minutes.

Add the capsicum and season with salt, stir fry till the veggies are cooked.

Now add the rice to the wok and pour in all the sauces. Season it with pepper and toss it till it combines.
5.
Singapore fried rice is ready!
