Ingredients of Sonth ki Chutney
- 1/2 cup tamarind-tightly packed
- 3/4 cup jaggery - broken up
- 2 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp black rock salt-powdered
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
How to Make Sonth ki Chutney

Soak the tamarind in water till soft and pulpy.

Strain and add enough water to have a thin pouring consistency.

Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer over low flame, till it thickens a little.
4.
Cool and serve.
