Ingredients of Sourdough Pastries

  • A cranberry blueberry sourdough
  • A bowl of Sugar syrup (50 ml)
  • A bowl of Whipped cream (50 gms)
  • 1 box Fresh strawberries (5-6)

How to Make Sourdough Pastries

Cut the sides of the sourdough & cut into three equal slices.

Apply sugar syrup to each slice & then cover it with whipped cream evenly. Follow this process until you get a good height for the pastry.

Top it with freshly sliced strawberries and enjoy!
