- 90 gms hazelnut powder
- 300 gms sugar
- 30 gms hazelnut (toasted), chopped
How to Make Spiced Orange Valencia Cake
- 1.Whisk the whites with sugar. Sift together the almond and hazelnut powdewith icing sugar.
- 2.Incorporate gently with sifted mixture into the well whipped preparation.
- 3.Spread on silpat with frame and sprinkle the toasted and chopped hazzlenuts over the top.
- 4.Bake at 180 Celsius for 15 minutes.
- 5.Keep aside to cool completely.
