Ingredients of Spicy Peanut Butter Dosa

  • Ready-to-cook Dosa Batter
  • Chilli Chutney Peanut Butter
  • Onion (for garnish)

How to Make Spicy Peanut Butter Dosa

Cooking Instructions: Prepare dosa batter (follow instructions on the pack).

Heat a non-stick or cast-iron pan on the stove. If you like slightly crispy dosa, use a high heat.

Scooping one full ladle spoon and spread it on a pan. Now adjust the temperature to a medium-high so that the base doesn’t burn.

Once bubbles start appearing on the surface of your dosa, you can take a spoonful of Chilli Chutney Peanut Butter and spread it on top.

Cook for another 30 seconds, fold it into half and your dosa is ready.
6.
Serve hot with some garnish.

For Garnishing: Finely chop a small onion and sprinkle on top of the dosa.
8.
Add a dollop of chilli chutney peanut butter on your plate.
