  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 500 gms Brussel sprouts (halved)
  • 100 gms walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce

How to Make Sprout, Pepper And Walnut Stir Fry

  • 1.Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes. Add the sprouts and walnuts and continue to fry for 5 minutes.
