Ingredients of Thai Chicken Stir Fry

  • 7-8 Chicken pieces
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 Green beans
  • 1 cup Mushroom

How to Make Thai Chicken Stir Fry

Take chicken into thin strips and keep it aside.

Now, in a bowl add coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, chilli flakes and a bit of sugar.

Mix this well and add the chicken pieces in it to marinate.

Till then in a pan heat oil and add chopped ginger, garlic, red chilli and onions. Let it soften.

Now add green beans and mushroom and mix. Once it is slightly cooked, throw in the chicken and the leftover marinating paste.
6.
Let it get crisp in the in pan.

Finally, when done, take it out and garnish with basil leaves and serve!
