Ingredients of Steamed Fish
- 1 kg fish
- 1 small bowl of homemade tomato chutney
- Banana leafs
How to Make Steamed Fish

Slice the fish into fillets. put tomato chutney on it and wrap it with a banana leaf.

Then fill the bottom part of the steaming pot with water, and then bring the pot to a boil.

A steaming pot consists of two pots; the bottom pot creates the steam from the boiling water while the top pot holds the fish and steams it.
4.
Place the fish into the top pot, once the water has come to a boil.
5.
Cook the fish evenly by putting the fish fillets in a single layer.
6.
And your guilt free steamed fish is ready to eat.
