Daliya with mint, olives and onions. A very healthy salad to snack on!

Ingredients of Tabbouleh Salad

  • 1 cup of bulgar wheat or cracked wheat (daliya)
  • 4 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp of parsley, chopped
  • 3 tsp of mint leaves
  • 4 tsp of olive oil
  • 10-12 green olives
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Tabbouleh Salad

  • 1.Soak the bulgar wheat for about an hour. Then squeeze and drain all the water out.
  • 2.Put the wheat in a salad bowl.
  • 3.Add the parsley, onion and mint leaves. Season with salt and pepper and mint leaves.
  • 4.Add the olive oil and lime juice and mix well. Top with olives and serve cold.
