Ingredients of Tandoori Garlic Naan

  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 5-6 Chopped garlic
  • 3 Chopped green chillies
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Tandoori Garlic Naan

Add the wheat flour, salt, oil and knead the dough with water.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

In a small katori, add butter and heat it on low flame. To this add ginger, chillies and chopped garlic.

Take one part of your dough and roll it out.

Add the butter mixture on your roti and make sure to cover the entire base.
6.
Close and roll the roti once again.
7.
Then on a hot pan bake the tandoori garlic roti. Serve with your favourite main curry dish and enjoy!
