Ingredients of Tawa Lehsun-Mirchi Chutney

  • 4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1tbsp Kalonji
  • 1 cup Garlic cup
  • 1/2 cup Green chillies
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Tawa Lehsun-Mirchi Chutney

Heat a tawa and add adequate amount of mustard oil. Add kalonji and let it splutter.

Then add enough amount of garlic cloves and fry for a minute. To it, add slited green chillies and fry.
3.
Transfer everything to a mortar and let it cool.
4.
Add salt to it and crush with pestle. The texture of the paste should be coarse.
