About Texture of Rose Dessert Recipe: A dessert packed with rose essence! Texture of Rose is a delectable dessert made absolutely sugar free! Rose petals, rose, water, vanilla essence and a lot more come together for a jelly like dessert served with a delicious pista biscotti. Perfect for a dinner party dessert!

Ingredients of Texture of Rose Dessert

  • For Rose Pannacotta:
  • 150 ml full cream milk
  • 30 ml cream
  • 40 gms rose petals
  • 5 ml rose water
  • 3-4 tablets sugar substitute
  • 1.5 sheet gelatin
  • For Pistachio Biscotti:
  • 50 gram white butter
  • 1-2 tablets sugar substitute
  • 2 nos egg
  • 5 gms orange zest
  • 100 gms flour
  • 2 gms cardamom powder
  • 2 gms salt
  • 2 gms baking powder
  • 40 gms pista
  • For Cake Crumble:
  • 2 nos egg
  • 1 drop vanilla essence
  • 1-2 tablets sugar substitute
  • 75 gms flour
  • For Rose Jelly:
  • 30 gms rose petal
  • 100 ml water
  • 5-6 gms agar agar
  • 2 ml rose water

How to Make Texture of Rose Dessert

  • Prepare Rose Pannacotta:
  • 1.Bring the milk to boil.
  • 2.Now add the cream and reduce it to 3/4th quantity.
  • 3.Add all the remaining ingredients.
  • 4.Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours until set.
  • Prepare Pistachio Biscotti:
  • 1.Cream butter, sugar substitute and egg together then fold the flour with other ingredients together lined in a baking tray.
  • 2.Bake it at 180 degree C for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare Cake Crumble:
  • 1.Cream sugar free and egg together then fold the flour with other ingredients together lined in a baking tray.
  • 2.Bake it at 180 degree C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare Rose Jelly:
  • 1.Boil water and add rose water, rose petal along with rose water.
  • 2.Set it in a square mould then cut it into small cubes.
  • 3.Assemble all the elements of the dessert in a plate and serve it.
