The western version of the traditional Indian drink. This Holi special recipe has Thandai flavour mixed with sugar syrup and curd, stabilized and then served with a topping of thandai syrup. Happy Holi!
Ingredients of Thandai flavoured Spheres
1 tsp Curd
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Thandai mixture
1/2 tsp Thandai syrup
How to Make Thandai flavoured Spheres
1.Take all the ingredients - curd , thandai mixture, sugar in a bowl.
2.Mix it well until the all the sugar is dissolved. Store it in a cool place for 30 minutes.
3.Take a measuring spoon and then fill it with the mixture and drop it in sodium alginate bath for about 45 seconds.
4.Take it out with a strainer and rinse it with cold water.
Top it with thandai syrup and enjoy.
