Dig into the velvety texture of this Italian classic. Lady fingers (sponge biscuits) are dipped in a coffee mix layered with a decadent blend of Mascarpone cheese and ingredients.

Ingredients of Tiramisu Dessert

  • 300 gms Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 gms fresh cream
  • 100 gms dark chocolate
  • 200 gms chocolate sponge
  • 5 gms cinnamon sticks
  • 150 gms sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • Coffee liquor
  • 10 lady fingers (sponge biscuits)
  • 60 ml liquor
  • 20 gms coffee powder
  • 400 gms chocolate sponge

How to Make Tiramisu Dessert

  • 1.Mix cheese and cream with light hands,
  • 2.Mix dark chocolate shavings with cheese mixture,
  • 3.Make syrup with cinnamon stick, water and sugar,
  • 4.In a separate bowl, dissolve coffee powder with liquor,
  • 5.Dip lady fingers pieces in coffee mixture,
  • 6.Cut small pieces of chocolate sponge and dip in coffee mixture,
  • 7.Add the remaining coffee mixture to cheese mixture.

  • 9.Place lady fingers pieces at the bottom of glass,
  • 10.Pour cheese mixture layered with soaked sponge,
  • 11.Make three layers of cheese and sponge,
  • 12.Sprinkle atop coffee powder
  • 13.Serve chilled.
