Ingredients of Veg Galouti Kebab

  • 1/2 Cup Boiled rajma
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew paste
  • 1 Green Chillies
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Cardamom stick
  • 4-5 Black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds

How to Make Veg Galouti Kebab

To make this dish first take, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, cashew paste, salt and mashed boiled rajma.

To this add a corse mixture of hard spices like cloves, cardamom stick, black peppercorn and coriander seeds.

Combine them well and form small tikkis out of it.

Now take some oil in a pan and cook these kebabs till golden brown.
