Vodka, pineapple juice and aniseed shaken with lime and sugar and served with freshly ground anise.

Ingredients of Yellow Scorpion

  • 45 ml pot still vodka
  • 1 tablespoon aniseeds (saunf)
  • Few cubes of fresh pineapple
  • 45 ml Pineapple juice
  • Splash of lime juice and sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Freshly ground anise
  • Glass: Martini glass

How to Make Yellow Scorpion

  • 1.Fill the martini glass with ice to chill it.
  • 2.Put the aniseed into the mixing can. Muddle.
  • 3.Add the pineapple. Muddle it again.
  • 4.Half fill shaker with ice.
  • 5.Add the vodka, pineapple juice, lime and sugar. Shake.
  • 6.Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
  • 7.Garnish with some freshly ground anise.
