To make aloo matar rasedaar, first roast bay leaf and cumin seeds with onion paste in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree and cook along with salt and other spice powders. When the tomato puree is also cooked, add potato pieces, peas and green chillies. Roast for a couple of minutes, then cook well with water. Serve hot.
