To prepare this recipe, take a large bowl, add shredded boiled potatoes followed by some dry ingredients. Then add green chillies, chopped onion, coriander, mint leaves and bread crumbs.
Mix everything together and make flat round shapes (similar to tikkis). At last, heat oil in a pan and place these kebabs on top of the pan and cook the kebabs until each side turns golden-brown.
