1. Mango Fruit Roll Ups
All you have to do is to blend the pulp of some ripe mangoes, scoop it all out and spread it thin on a butter paper on a baking tray. Bake the thin sheet of pulp till it's completely dry. 2. Mango Lassi
While making your summer favourite lassi, toss some ripe mango cubes in it and blend it all well. Mango lassi is delicious and has the goodness of the fruit and the cooling power of yogurt in it.

Blend the pulp of some ripe mangoes and pour it in an ice tray. Leave the tray in the freezer overnight and use it to make a range of mango flavoured coolers.
