The palette pleasing menu will offer a range of delicacies the likes of Tomato onion sambar, Kathirikka Koottu, Avial, Chicken Thengapal Curry, Varatharacha Kozi Curry, Pan-fried Chicken Piccata, Talacherry Chicken Biryani and Malabar Chicken Biryani.

People travelling abroad can enjoy the taste and warm aroma of homely food during their journey away from home. It is a far cry from what we would have imagined in flight food to be.
