The three ingredients used in this instant dessert recipe are - powdered sugar, butter and of course, bread. If you like, you can coat the bread lollipop with chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, sprinklers, dry fruits, or with anything you want. The dynamic combination of salty luscious butter and crunchy crystalised sugar give the bread a heavenly makeover.

To make the perfect bread lollipop, take a whole loaf of bread and carefully cut it into ice cream-like blocks. Now you can pierce and fit in ice cream sticks if you have at home. Then mix powdered sugar in melted butter and coat the bread pieces with it. Cook the bread in a pan from all the sides on low flame till they turn golden brown.
