Let's admit it. Very few experiences can come close to opening your tiffin box in school recess and seeing a stack of cutlets for lunch. How swiftly would you dunk it in a pool of ketchup and enjoy the snack all by yourself, before your classmates found out about your special meal. Chicken cutlets are a crowd-puller and have a solid fanbase across ages. Don't believe us? Try serving them for evening snacks or pack them for picnics or potlucks, and you would find a slew of takers within minutes. Crispy from outside, juicy and succulent from inside, this decadent snack is best consumed hot.
Although, we don't mind it even if they are slightly cold and soggy (we love it to that extent). They taste more scrumptious, if they are prepared at home with less oil and premium quality ingredients.
